QUad County BAseball & Softball Rules

Rules & Governance

Each sport and grade level within the Quad County Baseball and Softball League operates under its own set of rules, designed to support age-appropriate play, skill development, and a positive experience for all participants.

Rules are developed and reviewed annually by two dedicated groups:

  • A Softball Rules Committee
  • A Baseball Rules Committee

These committees evaluate current rules, consider feedback from coaches and communities, and recommend updates or modifications as needed. Their recommendations are then submitted to the league’s Board of Directors for final review and approval prior to each season.

This process ensures that league rules remain consistent, fair, and aligned with the league’s recreational mission.
